Hericium erinaceus (Bull.:Fr.) is also called monkey head mushroom because its fruit body looks like a monkey’s head. Hericium erinaceus, which belongs to Hericiaceae, Basidiomycotina and Eumycophyta, is a kind of famous fungus that can be used as food and medicine.
We used modern biotechnology to extract our productions from wild Hericium erinaceus fruit body, and then we obtain the major active component Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide and multi-amino acids, polypeptide and Hericipin as well.
