Zhejiang Fungi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd developed a newest anti-our drug called Grifolan capsule by adopting modern biotechnology. Grifolan capsule is the leading product of our company and it is developed by Zhejiang Fungi Pharmaceutical Company and Zhejiang medical university. Thus this has filled up a gap in domestic medicine field that there is no fungus that can be used to cure cancer. Our product has been officially ratified by SFDA to be used as an anticancer drug in immunotherapy.
Grifolan capsule is the only anticancer drug of our country that approved by SFDA.The research was officially started in 1991 and it is one of the most important projects that supported by Science and Technology plan of Science and Technology Committee in Zhejiang province（project No.:9202040）. Meanwhile it is financially assisted by Nature Science Foundation (project No. 389196). A number of famous experts home and abroad led by Huang xingshu who comes from Zhejiang medical university participated in the research work of this product.
Grifolan capsule is made from Grifolan extracted from Grifola frondosa, an edible and medical epiphyte. Grifolan can directly prevent the Myc gene spreading cancer cells and degrade Myc protein produced by that gene, so as to cut off the prime mover for cancer spread and cell division and inhibit the growth and transfer of cancer cells; moreover, Grifolan posses multi-target immune function to activate a number of anticancer immunocytes and factors in a short time. This focusing effect can kill the target cancer cells and reduce cancerous protuberance.
★ Clinical Trials
Clinical information from more than 20 hospitals involving Zhejiang tumour specialist OPD of China anti-tumour institution、Zhejiang tumour hospital、affiliated hospital of Zhejiang medical university、air force hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army suggested that Grifolan is extremely effective in the treatment of liver cancer、lung cancer、intestines cancer、breast cancer、carcinoma of prostate and other cancers. It can be used alone or worked together with chemos to relieve the side effect of chemical therapy and dramatically improve the hemogram、liver function and renal function. When given to advanced stage patient, it can relieve their pains caused by cancer and improve their symptom and prolong their life .
1. General states

2. Hematology and blood biochemical exam
The white blood cell count of cancer patients before they administering Grifolan capsule, especially after the treatment of chemiotherapy and tradiotherapy, is commonly on the low side and usually below 3000/mm3, accounted for 86.54%. After treated by Grifolan capsule for 3-4 courses, their WBC rises to above 3000/mm3, accounted for 96.15%.

According to the standards of immunity drugs therapeutic effect evaluation which was regulated by ‘The guidelines for immunity drugs clinical study’, after taking 1-3 courses Grifolan capsule, the patients’ lymphocyte conversion ratio、NK cell percentage and T4/T8 are 77.78%、81.58% and 82.35% respectively，and it can stop the lowering of patients’ immune function significantly which is caused by chemotharepy and radiotherapy.
