The quality inspection department
performs inspection according to the quality criteria and technical criteria,
then decides whether the product is stored, delivered, destroyed or reprocessed.
The workshop adopts "three inspection systems", names self inspection
by the workers, cross inspection among the workers and specialized inspections
by professional inspectors. Sustained quality improvement is carried out
according to PDCA cycle, with focus on the inspection and sum-up stage.
Measures and improvement plans are made against the factors affecting quality,
and effects are predicted. In this way, the quality of products is ever
improved and the demands of customers are satisfied. |

| The organization for quality control consists
of quality inspection office and the laboratory under the department of
technology and quality and the file management center. The work covers four
sections: raw material control, on-the-spot management, quality inspection
and sustained improvement. To ensure the homogeneous and stable raw materials,
the company established collaboration with the experts at Institute of edible
Fungi of Qingyuan County, and set up edible fungi growth base meeting the
GAP standards with over 5000 households. The company provides the farmers
with the services in seed supply, growth medium composition, cultivation
and purchasing. In this way, any bad material is kept away from the factory.
For the on-the-spot quality management, the responsibility system of designation
management and equipment maintenance is made, and all the duties are appointed
to each person in file form. |
